Party at The Jersey Shore was written to be a party anthem for the ridiculous cast of Jersey Shore, and an ode to the lifestyle of the guido and guidette.  It also manages to make unknowing bedfellows of Eminem and Miley Cyrus, which I’m proud of.  I like to think that at some point they’ll be knowing bedfellows, and I love to think that it’s already happened.  Multiple times.

Like many people I’m sure, I began my Jersey Shore watching career with healthy skepticism and a twisted desire for it to suck.  It took about 5 minutes for me to realize it wasn’t gonna suck, it was gonna be incredible, and that these people were just too charming and hilarious to hold down.

An actual breakdown of where your $.99 goes:

1) $.51 to me

2) $.09 to Miley Cyrus

3) $.39 to Apple

After that, I can’t make any real claims on what happens to it.  My .$51 probably goes towards something noble like adding some jelly to my peanut butter sandwich, or drugs.  Miley’s 9 cents could go towards a future boob job or drugs, and Apple’s $.39 will almost definitely buy a lollypop for one of Steve Jobs’ mourning grandchildren.   These predictions are 51% made up, 9% tips from a reliable source, and 39% the alchemy of drugs.
